Investment Criteria
Our partnerships vary in size and maturity, but we invest solely in businesses with existing revenue sources and that exhibit traction. Specifically, we focus on underperforming and/or undercapitalized companies where the combination of an improved investment base and exceptional management will lead to sustained profitability and growth. We are looking for differentiated and determined entrepreneurs who can benefit from our resources to help their business grow. Our ideal partners possess a shared vision on the path to value creation. We have in excess of $100 million to invest primarily in manufacturing, real estate, finance and health care, but are open to all industries.
